We’ll provide a realistic rental valuation based on current market conditions. If you’re unsure whether to furnish or leave it unfurnished, we’ll offer guidance to suit your property type and target tenant.
Once ready, we’ll create a professional listing with quality photos and promote it across key property websites and our local network. We’ll handle enquiries, manage viewings, and keep you in the loop throughout.
Finding the right tenant matters. All applicants are carefully referenced and vetted, including credit checks, employment verification, and previous landlord references. We only put forward tenants we’d be happy to have in our own properties.
We’ll prepare the tenancy agreement (usually a Private Residential Tenancy), protect the deposit in a government-approved scheme, and ensure all compliance paperwork is in place before the tenant moves in.
